Amy Krauter – Spa Manager - Shizen at Horseshoe

Amy graduated from Georgian College in 2003 with her diplomas in Hotel and Resort Operations as well as in the Business program.  She has been with the Shizen Spa at Horseshoe ever since then.  Amy strives to make sure each guest enjoys every minute that they are in the Spa with her cheerful and friendly attitude.  Having started out as a receptionist, to supervisor and now manager, she has seen the amazing service that the Shizen staff provides each and every guest and couldn’t be more proud of the team.
